Cardiovascular Specialist / PhD / Pharmacist with CV Specialty

Fees: $625.00 + Affiliate membership fees (if selected) + applicable taxes

Cardiovascular Specialist/PhD/Pharmacists members are specialists in cardiovascular health and diseases, or specialists who do not have a specialty qualification in a cardiovascular discipline but are recognized as having a major interest and time commitment to cardiovascular disease, or those with doctorates or equivalent.

CV Resident / Fellow / Researcher-in-Training

Fees: Complimentary + up to 3 Affiliate Societies (if selected)

Members-in-Training (MIT) are individuals currently engaged in a formal Canadian cardiovascular-related training program such as Adult Cardiology, Pediatric Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery; Trainees who are furthering their training in a cardiovascular subspecialty area (e.g. echocardiography, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology) or Research Trainees at the PhD or Postdoctoral level in cardiovascular sciences

Non-CV Physician / Non-CV specialty Pharmacist / Nurse / Allied Health Professional

$445.00 + Affiliate membership fees (if selected) + applicable taxes

Associates of the CCS are cardiovascular care professionals who are not CV specialists (cardiologists, cardiac surgeons) or PhD researchers. Associate categories include: physicians, nurse practitioners, non CV specialty pharmacists, registered nurses, and CV technologists. These professionals are active members of the cardiac care team and interested in furthering the mandate of the CCS.

Complimentary + up to 1 Affiliate Societies (if selected)

Students of the CCS are those individuals who are currently engaged in a formal Canadian undergraduate medical training or research program. Individuals remain eligible for as long as they are engaged in formal training.

CV Specialist/PhD outside of Canada/US

$445.00 + Affiliate Membership (if selected)

International Associates of CCS are individuals who are licensed to practice medicine outside of Canada and the US, who have a specialist certificate in cardiology or cardiac surgery but do not meet the applications conditions of Cardiovascular Specialist / PhD / PharmD membership in the CCS.

$150.00 - $250.00 + applicable taxes

Physician Associates of a CCS Affiliate Society are non-cardiovascular physicians who wish to only be a member of a CCS Affiliate Society. This category provides you with access to the respective Affiliate benefits only.

$50.00 - $80.00 + applicable taxes

Team Associates of a CCS Affiliate Society are members of the cardiac care team who wish to be a member of a CCS Affiliate Society. This category provides you with access to the respective Affiliate benefits but also offer some access to what CCS has to offer.
