Election as a Fellow of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS) recognizes your clinical, scientific and
professional accomplishments and volunteer leadership and service. The right to include the initials FCCS among
your credentials, lets your colleagues and patients know that you have been met the high standards required for
Fellowship designation in the national organization of cardiovascular professionals in Canada.
Eligibility Criteria and how to apply:
- You have been a Regular, Semi-Retired or Life Member in good standing for 5 consecutive years;
- A cover letter by you documenting your interest in a FCCS and how you meet the criteria;
- You must be nominated by a current Fellow of the CCS, a list of Fellows of CCS is available on the CCS website or by contacting [email protected];
- A copy of your CV;
- A headshot photo;
- Applications are due April 30th.
The cost to submit your application is $200 plus taxes.
