Heart-Healthy Eating: Evidence-Based Nutrition for Cardiovascular Health

The Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS) is committed to promoting evidence-based guidance on heart health and empowering healthcare professionals to support patients with knowledge to make informed dietary choices. This educational initiative will combine the expertise of a community cardiologist and a dietitian to emphasize the importance of a heart-healthy diet, and provides actionable strategies for maintaining cardiovascular health.
