  • Identify the CCS Dyslipidemia Guidelines figures for primary and secondary prevention and apply the concepts in practice
  • Describe approaches for assessing and managing statin-associated muscle complications
  • Consider different approaches, assess barriers, and individualize care plans to promote treatment and reduce cardiovascular risk in patients who are hesitant to take statin medications
  • Summarize treatment intensification options for adults with lipid levels above threshold levels and who are on maximally tolerated statin doses
